FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What materials do you offer for 3D printing, and which one should I choose?

We offer a wide range of materials, including PLA (eco-friendly, easy to print, ideal for prototypes and decorative items), ABS (high strength and durability, suitable for functional parts), PETG (water-resistant and impact-resistant, great for outdoor use), resin (high-detail for jewelry, miniatures, and visual prototypes), and specialty materials like TPU (flexible, rubber-like parts).

What is the maximum size and precision of your 3D prints?

Print precision typically ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm, depending on the material and technology. Resin printing offers the highest precision (as low as 0.05 mm) for intricate details, while FDM is better for larger, functional parts. If your design exceeds our maximum size, we can also split and assemble parts for you.

How do I prepare my 3D model file for printing?

We accept most standard 3D file formats, including STL,STP. To ensure a smooth print: Make sure your model is watertight (no holes or non-manifold geometry). Orient the model to minimize overhangs (we can add supports if needed, but proper orientation will reduce post-processing). Check for thin walls (we recommend a minimum wall thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm for FDM and 0.8 mm for resin). If you’re unsure, our technical team can review and repair your file for a small fee, or we can help you optimize it for the best results.

How long will my 3D print take to complete?

Print time depends on the size, complexity, layer height, and material of your model. A small, simple prototype might take 1–3 hours, while a large, detailed part could take 12–24 hours or more. We’ll provide you with an
